OMG Experience Co., Ltd. ("OMG Cargo", "we", "us") operates www.omgcargo.tech. This notice explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit our website or submit an enquiry. It is intended to meet the transparency requirements of Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562.
Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, company name, inquiry type, and message content when you submit the form at /contact.
- Marketing attribution: UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers (e.g. gclid, fbclid), referrer host, and landing page path — stored in your browser's localStorage and sent with form submissions to help us understand how you found us.
- Analytics: usage data collected via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, including cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and request metadata processed by our hosting provider (AWS CloudFront) for security and delivery.
Why we use it
- Respond to your freight, customs, or logistics enquiries.
- Measure website performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain site security and prevent abuse.
- Comply with applicable law where required.
Legal bases (PDPA)
We rely on your consent when you submit the contact form, legitimate interest for analytics and site security, and contractual necessity when processing data to prepare quotations or services you request.
Sharing and transfers
Enquiry data is stored in our secure database (Supabase) and may be sent to our operations team via email or messaging notifications. Analytics data is processed by Google. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside Thailand, we apply appropriate safeguards required by law.
Retention
Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, typically up to seven years for operational and legal records unless a shorter period applies. Analytics data follows Google's default retention settings configured in our GA4 property.
Your rights
Under PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. Contact us at cargo@omgexp.com to exercise these rights.
Draft notice: This policy is provided for website transparency and should be reviewed by your legal counsel before relying on it for regulatory filings.
